1.    Contacting a Company Representative.
2.    Getting preliminary consultation and the draft Contract.
3.    Concluding the Purchase-Sale Contract:
•        with individuals (identity document);
•        with legal entities (certificate of entity registration).
4.    Sending the Invoice for settlement as per the Contract.
5.    Settling the advance payment (20% of the Contract amount). Means of payment:
•        in cash – at the Company Cashier in MDL at the NBM exchange rate on the day of payment;
•        via wire transfer – to the Company Settlement Account, in MDL at the NBM exchange rate on the day of transfer.
6.    Final settlement for the produce bought (as per the Purchase-Sale Contract).
7.    Producing the documents (Tax Invoice and Certificate of Quality).
8.    Delivering the products from the Seller’s storage site (with the Buyer’s transportation means).
9.    Consultation provided by an Agronomist during the plantation of seedlings.
